Syngery Music & Arts Festival

Synergy meaning, “The interaction or cooperation o two or more organizations, substances, or other agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects.” Synergy Music & Arts Festival was established in 2012 celebrating the unveiling of the Shady Lane Mural. Each November the festival primarily set a platform for the local art scene and gives the community a free event where they can experience art, music and culture. Each year a diverse line up of musicians and bands hit the stage with music to appeal to all, hip-hop, rock, folk, electronic, etc. Attractions include live art, kids’ zone, food and merchandise vendors, and a car show. This year Synergy takes place on November 9, 2024. Its free for the community.

Arte Del Barrio

Arte del Barrio was started during the early stages of COVID. Many of the small businesses and entrepreneurs that have worked with depended on art venues to make extra income. COVID has drastically affected them. We had a call for artist and crafters it come out and join us. We set up on UFW headquarters now own by brothers Ruben & Jesus Gonzalez. People came out to support and buy. It felt extremely good to gather in solidarity and we still managed to social distance and follow CDC guidelines.

Women Rising Presents Festival de Rebozo

Women Rising presents the Festival de Rebozo, a chance to share in the culture that ties us together. A celebration of the powerful feminine and the women who lead our communities, organize our causes and raise the children who are the future of our community.
